Hiring General Laborers in Jackson, MI. This is a great opportunity for individuals of all experience levels (0–40 years) looking to work in a stable, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general manual labor tasks
Lift and move materials
Load and unload vehicles
Assist with digging and refilling holes
Support team with various site duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
No prior experience required (training provided)
Ability to perform physical labor (lifting under 30 lbs regularly)
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Work Environment:
Outdoor landfill setting
Exposure to dirt, noise, odors, and weather conditions
Occasional exposure to occupational risks
