Assembly Operators Needed on 2nd Shift at Hi-Lex Controls in Hudson, MI
- Temp to Direct Hire Hi-Lex hires once a month, after 520 hours have been completed, quality, safety, attendance and your work performance meets Hi-Lex expectations you will be eligible for hire in! - 2nd shift hours: 4:00pm to 2:30am - 2nd shift pay: $13.00 + shift premium $.50/hour = $13.50/hour - Hi-Lex offers a competitive wage (After Hire In) pay goes up to $14.00 + shift premium $.50/hour = $14.50/hour, after 3 months $14.85 + shift premium $.50/hour = $15.35/hour, after 6 months $15.25 + shift premium $.50/hour - Must be open to working overtime and weekends based on production needs - High School Diploma or GED are NOT REQUIRED! - Associates must wear blue Elwood shirt (payroll deducted out), able to wear jeans, shorts, and capris if dress attire has holes, they must be patched or covered. - Steel toes and ear plugs are not required for assembly! - 9 PAID HOLIDAYS PER YEAR starting day ONE! - DOUBLE TIME on Sundays! - PROFIT SHARING! - Earned BONUS DAYS! - Hi-Lex Referral Program Earn FREE Money when referring someone to work at HI-Lex, once 30 days are completed you will receive $100 and the person you referred will also receive $100 program continues to pay out at 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year, 3 years. This may also require you to lift items from the floor to place on the line Requirements for Assembly Operators - Occasionally lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 35 lbs. - Can possibly use hand tools, drills, hand pallet jacks, scales, computers, and/or printers - Follow ALL safety rules and keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
