General Manager Needed!
Compensation: $50,000-125,000 per year.
Successful 28-year-old, Toledo Home Improvement company looking for the right construction minded candidate to manage local home improvement business. *Must have construction experience and knowledge of the home remodeling business. The right candidate will have experience in all areas of construction from start to finish.
*Must be proficient in time management and have the necessary technological proficiency to maintain an office and job sites. The right individual will be an enthusiastic salesman with the drive to grow the business.
*Must be willing to work 50-60 hours per week.
* Must be able to meet sales plan objectives creating higher profitability and market share in a fiercely competitive home improvement market.
*Must display exceptional communication skills with employees, customers, and suppliers. Continue to promote a positive and energetic work environment within the organizational culture.
* Must be able to Develop and maintain relationships with other managers and departments to support a cohesive team environment to serve the customer this includes ,Participating in meetings, resolving disputes, providing ongoing feedback, and coordinate project punch list completion and project close-out. Manage daily operations of subcontractors and monitor schedule of jobs for each subcontractor. Monitor and ensure schedule performance and quality workmanship of contractors as well as assuring code and quality compliance of completed work are met. Review and write change orders, supplemental instructions, and other contract documentation as required. Review and approve subcontractor payment requests. Oversee the collection of payments by the homeowner.
* Must have Excellent ability to prioritize and adjust schedules and instill a sense of urgency in team members. Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Google Workplace Applications a must.
